Body Scrub: Moisten a handful of the scrub to obtain a smooth paste. Perform gentle, circular movements on wet skin all over your body, emphasizing areas where the skin is thicker, such as the knees, then rinse with water.

Body Oil: After a shower or bath, apply the oil in circular movements, all over your body, emphasizing dry areas.
TIP: For hair, apply oil along the length of your hair, comb it with your fingers. Massage your scalp starting from your neck and working your way up in circular movements
